Job summary

Flow is seeking a versatile software engineer to tackle undefined problems across the full stack, building product features, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll partner with product and operations teams to translate real-world issues into working software and deliver end-to-end solutions with pragmatism and care.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, in-person environment, owning components end-to-end, and applying strong Python or typed languages, cloud infra on GCP/Kubernetes, and

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a generalist engineer in ambiguous environments.
Experience across multiple stack layers with end-to-end ownership.
Strong written communication and ability to document decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

Build and ship features across the stack including backend services, APIs, and internal tooling.
Design end-to-end systems from architecture through deployment and iteration.
Collaborate with operations, leasing, and product teams to rapidly ship solutions.
Develop AI-assisted tools and workflows to surface insights and automate repetitive work.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions and clearly communicate tradeoffs.
