Job summary

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Solutions Delivery team. You will design, build and support enterprise applications and integrations across the organization.

The role will also help us expand how we use AI, both in the solutions we build and in the way our team develops software. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer who takes ownership, works well with others and moves projects forward without waiting to be directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience building and supporting production applications.
• Experience with AI development and interest in applying AI to software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and support secure, reliable enterprise applications and integrations.
• Develop full-stack solutions using C#/.NET, SQL Server and Angular, including APIs and UIs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, while reviewing and validating output.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through design decisions and code reviews.
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive them from concept to production support.
• Build security, auditing, testing and monitoring into solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and engineers in Agile/Scrum.
