ARCO Design/Build is seeking an AI Application Developer to design and implement AI-driven business applications and automation workflows across our enterprise systems in the United States. You will build APIs, integrate tools like Procore and Dynamics, and help translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes developing AI agents, automation, and secure integrations, requiring strong software engineering skills and collaboration with security and innovation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of C#/.NET application development experience.
• Experience building custom business applications from requirements to deployment.
• RESTful API development and integration experience.
• Strong SQL and database design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications, AI agents, and automation workflows that integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Build and maintain custom APIs enabling seamless integration between enterprise systems.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Platform where appropriate.
• Prioritize development efforts based on business impact and define project roadmap.
• Collaborate with Central Security to uphold enterprise standards and security protocols.
