Job summary

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Solutions Delivery team to design, build, and support enterprise applications and integrations. You will help expand AI usage across solutions and teams, taking ownership and driving projects forward with collaboration.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, secure and scalable full-stack development with C#/.NET, SQL Server and Angular, plus Azure cloud familiarity and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience building and supporting production applications.
• Experience with AI development and a strong interest in improving software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and support secure, reliable enterprise applications and integrations.
• Develop full-stack solutions using C#/.NET, SQL Server and Angular, including APIs, services and UIs.
• Use AI tools to speed up development, testing, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Identify practical ways to use AI in Arbor’s applications and business processes.
• Translate requirements into clear designs, implementation plans and working software.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through design decisions and code reviews.
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive work from concept to production support.
• Build security, auditing, testing and monitoring into solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts and engineers across the organization.
• Participate as a senior member of an Agile/Scrum team.
