Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an AI Engineer to design, prototype, and deploy agentic AI systems that tackle real-world problems and automate workflows across the company’s business lines.

The role emphasizes building data pipelines, feature workflows, and robust model-serving components, with a strong focus on practical AI applications and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree and 1–2 years of production AI experience or 2–4 years of traditional ML experience.
• Experience using and optimizing AI coding assistants in production.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; enthusiastic about practical AI applications.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
