Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to its internal AI ecosystem. You will build agentic automation systems, deploy them in production, and collaborate with diverse teams to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep interest in emerging AI technologies and practical implementations.
• Ability to simplify workflows into modular, reusable automation components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and broad technical curiosity.
• 1–2 years of production AI experience or 2–4 years in traditional ML.
• Degree in CS/IS/EE or related field; strong technical foundation.
• Experience using and optimizing AI coding assistants in production environments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and requirement gathering skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Propose, prototype, build, and deploy agentic systems leveraging state-of-the-art AI techniques.
• Collaborate with multiple business lines to scope new AI automation solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, feature workflows, and model-serving components for applied AI use cases.
• Stay current with AI technologies and evangelize practical applications across the company.
