Formación

• Must have an AI mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and practical implementations.
• Ability to simplify workflows into modular, reusable automation components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and raw intellectual horsepower.
• 1–2 years of production AI experience or 2–4 years in traditional ML.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience using and optimizing AI coding assistants in production.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication to convert workflow requirements into automation.

Responsabilidades

• Propose, prototype, build, and deploy agentic systems solving real-world problems with state-of-the-art techniques.
• Collaborate with multiple business lines to scope new AI solutions addressing workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, feature workflows, and model-serving components for AI use cases.
• Stay current on AI technologies and evangelize their practical applications.
