Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-impact systems.
• Expertise in distributed systems, runtime design, and platform architecture.
• Experience building agentic systems, LLM infrastructure, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team technical work, including design reviews.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of the Agent Harness across execution, tool use, context, state, and lifecycle management.
• Define interfaces and standards for how agents, tools, and Meta Factory interact with the harness.
• Evaluate emerging agent runtime and tool-use patterns for Adobe's needs.
• Build reusable architecture patterns for secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Lead cross-team technical work and resolve complex design challenges.
• Share expertise through design docs, technical reviews, and mentoring engineers.
