Job summary

Elastiq is an Agentic AI startup seeking talented software engineers to build and maintain our enterprise product. You will contribute to core technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership of the full software lifecycle, rigorous code quality, and mentoring staff while shaping the company’s product strategy and engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8 years of Python experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on with React/Angular/Vue and modern web stacks.
• Expert in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker.
• Proficient in GitOps tooling and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Strong SQL/NoSQL skills, data pipelines experience, and OLAP knowledge.
• Familiar with vector databases and knowledge graph concepts.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, MCP design, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.
• Own the software lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Write high-quality code, conduct reviews, and mentor staff.
• Support UX design and ensure reliable, scalable delivery.
