ELLKAY is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Agentic AI to architect, build, and deploy production‑grade AI/ML and Agentic systems on AWS. The role emphasizes healthcare data standards, secure, scalable architectures, and serverless patterns in a hybrid US work environment.

You will work with LangGraph, AutoGen, Bedrock Agents, and vector memory tech to enable stateful agents, multi‑agent collaboration, and robust tool integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software/AI engineering with focus on production ML/Agentic systems.
• Experience with healthcare data standards and HIPAA awareness is a plus.
• Strong background in designing end‑to‑end AI/ML architectures and deployment pipelines.
• Proven ability to work across cloud services and serverless architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end‑to‑end Agentic AI systems on AWS.
• Design tool calling, multi‑agent collaboration, and dynamic task routing.
• Implement memory, vector search, and RAG pipelines for agent context.
• Ensure PHI/PII protection and HIPAA compliance in AI workflows.
• Build high‑performance APIs using FastAPI and robust error handling.
