Job summary

Elastiq seeks a Principal Software Engineer (Full Stack Agentic AI) to architect, build, and scale our enterprise Agentic AI platform. You will own software across Python, cloud, data, and agentic architectures, driving technical ownership and shipping scalable systems.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on software development, 5+ years in product environments, and deep expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, GitOps, and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pure hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years in product-focused technology environments.
• Expert in Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficient in GitOps (Flux2, ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Data Pipelines (CDC, Kafka), OLAP query optimization, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Experience with Knowledge Graph schemas, entity resolution, lineage tracking, and context assembly.
• Familiarity with multi-agent coordination and agentic frameworks; strong software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain production code across Python, Cloud, Data, and AI frameworks.
• Own the software lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Perform code reviews, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX design.
