Job summary

ServiceTrade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations to lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable integration architectures that sync data with external accounting platforms. You will build robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS serverless workflows while mentoring engineers and focusing on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Familiarity with Python for data-focused backend systems is a plus.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, SQS/DLQs, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB/DocumentDB; CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and event-driven systems.

• Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable integration architectures.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering.
