Job summary

ServiceTrade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations to own and evolve scalable integration architectures that connect our platform to external accounting ecosystems. You will design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery while ensuring accuracy and reliability.

You'll mentor engineers, work on high-volume event-driven systems in AWS, and collaborate with teams to drive performance and scalability across our accounting integrations and

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
Familiarity with Python for data-focused backend systems is a plus.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven AWS serverless workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable integration architectures.
Design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows with AWS.
Mentor junior engineers and review AI-assisted development outputs.
Collaborate across teams to ensure performance, reliability and scalability.
