Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Intelsat US LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Ellenwood, GA.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and support inventory, case, and service assurance tooling capabilities to support ServiceNow platform for operations support systems (OSS).
2. Perform developer and administrator support to extend ServiceNow capabilities.
3. Develop solutions for business problems following SDLC best practices.
4. Provide accurate work estimates, meet deadlines, and understand project methodology.
5. Up to 5% domestic and/or international travel.
6. Multiple positions available.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Five (5) years of experience in the role or related occupation, including:
   • ServiceNow
   • Asset management
   • Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
3. Three (3) years of experience in:
   • Satellite or telecommunications industry
   • Data analysis and computer programming workflows
   • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
   • Agile development methodology
   • Database warehousing
   • Configurable item (CI) and service model management
   • MS Excel, Access, and SQL
