Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions that modernize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enable automated decision-making.
• Develop robust software applications using Python and .NET frameworks, leveraging containerized and distributed environments (Docker and Nomad).
• Utilize modern AI-assisted development techniques, including prompt-driven code generation, AI-assisted code reviews, automated testing, and validation of AI-generated code.
• Build scalable automation solutions using enterprise tools, with a focus on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs to connect disparate enterprise platforms, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Partner with business analysts and product leads to translate business demands into secure, scalable, and resilient technical solutions.
• Exercise sound judgment to deliver moderately complex assignments independently with minimal technical supervision.
• Engage with non-technical business partners to evaluate, demo, and drive the adoption of automated technical solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation & AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions. In this role, you will modernize manual workflows, reduce operational overhead, automate complex decision-making, and integrate core business systems. You will leverage Python, .NET, containerized orchestration, low-code automation tools, and AI-assisted development practices to build scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow & Intelligent Automation: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions that modernize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enable automated decision-making.
• Software Development & Architecture: Develop robust software applications using Python and .NET frameworks, leveraging containerized and distributed environments (Docker and Nomad).
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Utilize modern AI-assisted development techniques, including prompt-driven code generation, AI-assisted code reviews, automated testing, and validation of AI-generated code.
• Low-Code & Power Platform Systems: Build scalable automation solutions using enterprise tools, with a focus on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).

Minimum Candidate Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience:

• 8+ Years: Developing enterprise software solutions using Python and .NET technologies.
• 8+ Years: Building and consuming APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• 5+ Years: Re-engineering manual workflows into scalable, automated workflow systems.
• 5+ Years: Collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution evaluation, design, and business adoption.
• 3+ Years: Developing automated workflows using low-code tools such as Power Automate.
• 2+ Years: Developing and optimizing prompts, instructions, and grounding strategies for AI systems.
• 2+ Years: Practicing AI-assisted software development, including prompt-driven programming, code generation, and validation.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ Years: Building complex Power Platform solutions utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.
• 2+ Years: Designing multi-agent, orchestration, or event-driven enterprise architectures.
• 2+ Years: Developing agentic infrastructure, including retrieval systems (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
• Hands-on Experience: Working with containerized and distributed application setups utilizing Docker and HashiCorp Nomad.
