Responsibilities

• Build data sets and data models from retinal clinical and administrative data.
• Wrangle ophthalmology data and validate datasets for modeling efforts.
• Extract and integrate datasets from APIs, files, and image formats.
• Develop data pipelines for image data, PHI handling, and AWS-based processing.
