Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Vision, CS, or related field with 3 years' experience.
• Experience in retina imaging, EMR integration, data modeling and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud computing; experience with medical images and data extraction.
• Strong SQL skills, Postgres 16+ and optimization of clinical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build data sets and data models from retinal clinical and administrative data.
• Wrangle ophthalmology data and test dataset validity for modeling.
• Integrate datasets from APIs, files, and imaging formats; solve data problems.
• Collaborate to prepare retinal datasets for research and real-world studies.
