Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience in a business environment, including web development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to mentor other developers and work under limited supervision.
• Experience with case management systems and related databases is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot support issues of the proprietary case management system.
• Write code adhering to readability standards and established practices.
• Participate in code reviews and pull requests across teams.
• Develop technical designs and contribute to Scrum meetings.
• Create end-user documentation when necessary.
• Mentor other developers as needed.
