LaunchCode is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer for a fully remote position. You will develop enterprise-class software for business applications, collaborating on requirements gathering and software design.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in software development, particularly with Microsoft .NET and SQL Server. This role promotes independence and ownership of projects while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience in Microsoft .NET.
• 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience using T-SQL including stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and object-oriented development.
• Self-sufficient in programming syntax, debugging, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering, software design, and development.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and bring projects to successful completion.
