Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Development & Engineering (PL) to lead multiple Agile and Lean teams responsible for large-scale platforms. You will translate business priorities into engineering objectives and guide delivery while improving platform reliability.

This role requires strong leadership across product, architecture, SRE, QA, PM, and finance, with a focus on modernizing legacy systems and responsibly applying GenAI to enhance planning, delivery, and automation.
