Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic tech initiatives using Agile Scrum methodologies. You will run sprint ceremonies, mentor teams, manage impediments, and partner with engineers, product owners, and leaders to optimize value delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience, strong facilitation, and a track record in distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scrum master for Agile software development teams.
• Lead sprint execution and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Engage stakeholders to validate and improve team efforts.
• Coordinate risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Disseminate team performance information effectively.
• Coach teams to realize Agile promises and value-driven delivery.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and PI/Release planning.
• Support deployment planning and post-production activities.
