Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
- 20+ years hands-on enterprise application development experience.
- 10+ years in financial services industry.
- 6+ years of PCF or comparable stack.
- Thorough understanding of Kanban methodologies, values, and practices.
- 20+ years of Java development experience.
- 10+ years of JavaScript development experience.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Proven ability to use AI in SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend and backend development in a Kanban team using domain knowledge of the TOS ecosystem.
- Define development strategy for complex projects and enforce standards to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Establish technical direction and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality.
- Share knowledge across the development team and collaborate with key business stakeholders.
