Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in engineering + 3+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Experience with automotive/industrial embedded protocols (CAN, J1939).
• Knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, or safety-critical development.
• Experience testing complex vehicle or powertrain systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for vehicle control software.
• Design and maintain HIL infrastructure (dSPACE, NI, Vector, ETAS).
• Peer review software and guidance to junior engineers.
• Integrate ECUs into HIL test benches and validate interfaces.
• Execute automated regression tests as part of CI/CT workflows.
• Ensure quality through processes and CMMI level 3 guidelines.
