Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You’ll collaborate with Product Leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable specs for the Delivery Team, and help refine outcomes and acceptance criteria.

Remote role in the United States. You’ll own the product backlog, split work into increments, and ensure alignment with strategy while balancing value, risk, and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 7+ years in delivery/BA/PO.
• HS/GED with 11+ years in delivery/BA/PO.
• Experience with agile product delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, analyze, and track business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own and order the team backlog toward product goals and value.
• Translate product goals and features into outcomes, increments and team work.
• Clarify needs, acceptance criteria, outcomes, and constraints.
