Job summary

Solventum seeks a Senior Software Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities to bridge business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate with Product Leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specifications for the Delivery Team and help shape valuable increments.

The role emphasizes front-end user journeys, agile delivery, and collaboration across multi-scrum teams.

Qualifications

Experience delivering in large-scale, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to translate goals into clear outcomes, acceptance criteria, and ordered work.
Familiarity with agile product delivery practices and backlog management.
Experience with customer journeys and UX collaboration is a plus.
Healthcare or regulated industry knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, analyze, and track business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into user stories with clarity, accuracy, and testability.
Own and rank the team backlog based on value, risk, and learning needs.
Split work into small, testable increments with the Delivery Team.
Accept completed work from a product perspective against acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Leadership to align priorities and product direction.
Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
