Diverse Agile Solutions is seeking an Expert Software Architect to lead enterprise data architecture for NYWIC MIS-EBT. You will guide data modeling, ETL development, and BI solutions across Oracle environments, collaborating with analysts, data modelers, and developers to ensure scalable, high-performing data systems.

The right candidate will mentor teams, enforce data standards, and drive architecture reviews while maintaining security and governance across the data landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software architecture or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance on complex enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing and future NYWIC systems to support enterprise reporting and evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and prioritize reporting initiatives.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data migrations into Oracle environments.
• Design enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and prototypes to meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct architecture/design reviews.
