Formación

• 84 months of IT experience analyzing business processes and systems.
• 84 months documenting and proposing system architectures for enterprise systems.
• 84 months validating requirements across lifecycle to meet goals.
• 72 months experience with NYS ACA or state/federal health exchanges.
• 60 months working with ACA eligibility rules and health exchanges.
• 60 months Java/J2EE development with Spring Boot and Angular.
• 60 months dealing with EDI 834 transactions for Medicaid/CHP/Essential Plan.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide status updates to management on projects, risks and mitigations.
• Lead requirements gathering to define system functions and operations.
• Coordinate resolution of design and technical gaps with state staff and vendors.
• Evaluate designs, development, testing results against business processes.
• Revise flow charts and specs for as-is/to-be IT systems.
• Make high-level design choices and set technical standards.
• Design multi-level architecture for large-scale software systems.
• Transfer knowledge to state staff with required documentation.
