Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Sensitive Activities Planner to support threat analysis and operations planning for USASOC/USSOCOM and SOF partners. The role focuses on integrating intelligence, developing target analyses, and communicating findings to senior leaders and interagency teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, manage multi-team workflows, and help develop new solutions and processes to advance SOF contingencies and capabilities across transregional efforts.

Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or Associate degree with 15 years, or 20 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Sensitive Activities and military operations coordination at high level.
  • Experience with portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Embedded as Sensitive Activities Planner on the analysis team.
  • Develop threat analyses and assessments against national/global threats.
  • Incorporate multi-domain intelligence for target development.
  • Deliver timely, actionable SA options for decision-makers.
  • Teach, coach and mentor supported SOF personnel in analytic tradecraft.
  • Coordinate input from analysts and manage production workflow across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize ARSOF SA capabilities.
