Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Sensitive Activities Planner to support a national-security program. You will develop and synchronize sensitive activities across IW, OIE, CI, HUMINT, and related operations, with TS/SCI clearance.

You will facilitate senior-level meetings, ensure security requirements, coordinate with the IC/DoD and partners, and deliver analyses to inform strategy. Travel is local up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; willing to obtain polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Military Science or equivalent
• 5+ years planning, coordinating, and synchronizing sensitive IW/OIE/CI/HUMINT activities
• 3 years experience in J3X/J2X, STO/SAP planning cell or similar organization
• 7+ years in military planning processes (JPP, MDMP, joint targeting)
• Experience briefing senior executives (GO/FO/SES)

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and synchronizes sensitive activities in support of campaign objectives, commander’s intent, and operational guidance
• Develops concepts of operation, annexes, and planning products across IW/OIE/CI/HUMINT/SAP
• Facilitates senior-level meetings, briefings, and planning sessions to enable decision-making
• Ensures adherence to information protection and security requirements throughout planning and execution
• Develops measures of performance to evaluate outcomes for strategic decision-making
• Coords with IC, DoD, interagency, allies and partners for de-confliction and unity of effort
• Produces briefs, recommendations, and documentation supporting governance and execution
• Performs network/nodal analysis leveraging diverse intelligence sources for targeting and planning
