Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Strategic Plans and Policy Advisor to provide embedded planning support to USASOC/SOCOM and other agencies, delivering strategic, operational, and country-specific analyses.

You will coordinate with interagency partners, brief executive audiences, and mentor junior planners while advancing data-driven planning across the SOFETOPS enterprise. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of SOF experience, and the ability to operate independently in a joint

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in SOF, or 15+ years in SOF.
Three+ years coordinating operations at tactical, operational, or strategic levels.
Able to work independently in a joint/interagency environment.
Familiar with portals and knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, relevant, and timely strategic documentation for OPLANS, CONOPS, EXORDS, and other strategic documentation.
Provide CONOPs and CONEMP support for ARSOF missions and objectives.
Brief concepts, assessments, and final planning documents to executive audiences.
Provide strategic level planning and policy development for large and complex projects.
Coordinate with interagency partners to solicit and incorporate data from national systems and databases.
Support to predict adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and threat courses of action.
Mentor junior Strategic Planners as required.
Collaborate with TF40-25 workforce to enrich analytical understanding and production efforts.
