CACI is seeking a Sensitive Activities Planner in Tampa, FL. You will join a small, dedicated team working across SAP/STO/ACCM programs and other restricted activities, with emphasis on rapid planning and minimal supervision.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and extensive SOF experience, plus ability to develop CONOPs and deliver mission analyses. You will plan fully developed, synchronized operations, coordinate with authorities, and produce briefings and CONOPS documentation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of SOF experience and 4+ years in Sensitive Activities at operational/tactical levels.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 7 years of experience developing/executing plans under restricted programs (ACCM, SAP, STO).
• Experience in PDAS, STO documents, and working with compartmented programs.

Responsabilités

• Provides rapidly deployable expertise in sensitive activities (SAP integration).
• Conducts critical thinking to understand complex problems and layer effects for solutions.
• Supervises and develops courses of actions to meet commander's intent.
• Collaborates with the command to secure authorities through adjacent units or commands.
• Plans fully developed, synchronized, and nested CONOPs and executions.
• Integrates SAP/STO/ACCM or other effects into a synchronized plan.
• Develops and delivers mission analyses, CoA decisions, and CONOPS approval briefings.
