Job summary

CACI International Inc in Tampa, FL is seeking a Special Operations Planner to synchronize and integrate operations-level planning in direct support of USSOCOM. You will embed with SOF, develop OPLANs/CONPLANs, and coordinate with interagency partners to ensure mission success.

Required are TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 7+ years of relevant experience, plus expertise with JPP/JOPES and secure networks. Local travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Degree or equivalent with extensive military/IC experience.
• Experience with JPP/JOPES and operating in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain OPLANs, CONPLANs, and FRAGOs aligned to USSOCOM objectives.
• Support crisis action planning, contingencies, and rapid-response cycles.
• Synchronize trans-regional SOF operations across GCC boundaries and agencies.
• Integrate SAPs and compartmented activities into unified planning frameworks.
• Collaborate with interagency partners and multi-national forces for cohesive planning.
• Coordinate MISO, cyber, and information operations within SOF planning.
• Provide daily feedback and status updates to leadership and units.
