Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Strategic Plans and Policy Advisor to support USASOC/SOCOM planning efforts. You will produce strategic documents, CONOPs/CONEMPs, and briefs for executive audiences, aligning interagency data and national datasets with SOF operations. Requires extensive SF experience and TS/SCI clearance.

The role emphasizes independent work, cross-agency collaboration, and leadership in strategic planning across complex projects within the SOF enterprise.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
• 18-series with a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Special Forces, or 15+ years in Special Forces.
• Minimum of three years coordinating operations in a tactical, operational, or strategic DoD context or similar contract.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision in joint/interagency environments.
• Familiarity with portals and real-time knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate strategic documentation for OPLANS, CONOPS, EXORDS and related materials.
• Develop CONOPs/CONEMPs in support of ARSOF missions and objectives.
• Brief concepts and planning documents to executive audiences.
• Lead strategic planning and policy development for large, complex projects.
• Coordinate with interagency partners to gather and incorporate data from national systems.
• Mentor junior Strategic Planners and assist in analytic efforts.
• Collaborate with TF 40-25 to strengthen planning documents and production.
