Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Senior SOF Reports Officer to provide senior-level expertise and direct support to ARSOF SAMMC intelligence requirements, managing HUMINT reporting, collection strategy, and the production of IIRs.

You will review quality and dissemination of IIRs, CCRs, and collection requests, coordinate with internal and interagency partners, and mentor junior analysts while delivering actionable intelligence to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of HUMINT management experience.
• Experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Expertise in IIR and CCR reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge/collection systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Senior SOF Reports Officer and technical collection SME.
• Provide support for dataflow management requests and teams.
• Act as SME on internal/external requirements policies and procedures.
• Review HUMINT reporting and processing of IIRs.
• Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs, CCRs, and collection messages.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
• Verify information meets PIR and reporting thresholds.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics to support collection management.
• Utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of performance.
• Support monthly reporting of IIR metrics.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement data management processes ensuring quality and integrity.
