Job summary

The Ascendancy Group seeks an experienced Intelligence and Operations Integrator to support SOF Sensitive Activities and Intelligence Operations. You will advise on mission management, synchronize intelligence with operational plans, and develop CONOPs, CONEMPs, and planning products for SOCOM and ARSOF environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an IA Category 1 Collector producing course or ASOTC (or equivalent) graduate.
• 8+ years of recent SA experience and 2+ years managing SA in IA or SOF.
• Experience with CENTCOM AOR and Joint Planning Process preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high standard of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded SA Intelligence and Operations Integrator if required.
• Analyze multi-domain intelligence to develop SA pathway support for ARSOF and theatre commands.
• Provide timely, relevant, and understandable intelligence and planning material to decision-makers.
• Supervise Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in developing operations and training products.
• Maintain readiness and respond to emergent situations outside normal hours.
