Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is seeking a J4 Maintenance and Readiness Logistics Directorate Task Lead (Subject Matter Expert) in MacDill AFB, Florida. This full-time role focuses on planning and leading maintenance and readiness activities for SOF equipment in challenging environments.

The candidate will advise senior leadership, coordinate with interagency partners, and leverage systems like GCSS-A, SSAVIE, Palantir, and Power BI to optimize maintenance programs and readiness across SOF assets.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Experience in strategic and operational planning at senior levels is essential.
Advanced knowledge of maintenance, readiness, and logistics in SOF contexts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior logistics lead planner and subject matter expert.
Provide guidance on maintenance and sustainment for SOF equipment and platforms.
Coordinate with partners to synchronize maintenance support and logistics integration.
Utilize GCSS-A, SSAVIE, Palantir, and Power BI to track readiness and inform decisions.
Advise leadership on lifecycle management, modernization, and resource allocation.
Prepare briefing products and presentations for senior leadership.
