Job summary

RMGS, Inc. invites applications for a J4 Logistics Planner Analyst (Senior) based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.

The role focuses on maintenance, readiness, and theater logistics with direct support to J4 leadership and MRD, leveraging GCSS-A, SSAVIE, Palantir, and Power BI to analyze data, advise on equipment readiness, and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DoD supply chains, SO-p portfolios, and experience with DOTMLPF changes, DRRS-S readiness briefs, and

Qualifications

• MA/MS in relevant disciplines and advanced military education is preferred.
• At least 5 years in strategic and operational planning/analysis.
• Experience in CENTCOM AOR or related SOF programs is a plus.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance and logistics data to identify problem areas.
• Advise leadership on equipment readiness and distribution actions.
• Coordinate with MRD, J4 leadership, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare briefs and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
