Job summary

Vistra Communications seeks a highly skilled J4 SOF Logistics Planner to serve as a senior logistics lead and SME. The role advises leadership on lifecycle management, modernization, and resource allocation, while coordinating with Combatant Commands and government partners to synchronize plans.

You will develop briefing products, facilitate strategic planning through SPP, and maintain readiness through training and documentation, including mission-ready briefs and papers.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance.
• MA/MS in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or Systems Analysis.
• Joint Professional Military Education Level II or equivalent.
• 10+ years SOF operational experience and education.
• 5+ years strategic and operational planning and analysis.
• 3+ years in CENTCOM AOR, MISO, MILDEC, CWMD, ORSA, CYBER, AT/FP, SNA or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior logistics lead planner and subject matter expert.
• Advise senior leadership on equipment lifecycle management and modernization.
• Coordinate with Combatant Commands, TSOCs, and US Government partners.
• Develop briefing products, point papers, and support products.
• Facilitate planning processes and synchronize enterprise partners and enablers.
