Job summary

Vistra Communications seeks a senior Information Operations (IO) SME to lead planning, analysis, and coordination with interagency and intelligence communities. You will develop COAs, CONOPs, and planning documents, translating TTPs into high-level briefs and talking papers.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance, advanced military education, and 10+ years of strategic/operational planning experience spanning DoD and interagency partnerships. Tampa, FL-based role with full-time duties.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance is required.
• MA/MS in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or Systems Analysis.
• Joint Professional Military Education Level II or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of strategic and operational planning and analysis.
• 15 years SOF operational experience and education or equivalent.
• Experience in CENTCOM AOR or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Support IO planning, synchronization, and execution.
• Conduct research, analysis, and planning to integrate Information Forces into plans/operations.
• Coordinate with interagency and intelligence community to develop COAs, CONOPs, and planning documents.
• Draft CO, CA, PSYOP, MILDEC, and Cyber Enabled Influence Operations strategies and plans.
• Produce briefings, talking points, and papers for SOCCENT objectives and plans.
• Apply joint operations planning concepts (JOPP/APEX) and operational design."
