Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF program leadership. The role provides strategic guidance, program oversight, and expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families. U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in exercise science or related field is required or preferred.
• A minimum of ten years in relevant roles with at least five years in USSOCOM POTFF.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate performance programs with measurable results.
• Specialized experience in HPA and multi-domain program support.
• Experience delivering lectures and practical training related to performance.
• Current professional certifications in strength/conditioning, sports psychology, or nutrition.
• Licensure requirements for clinical care where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF domain at HQ USSOCOM.
• Provide oversight for components, HQ, and TSOCs demention program areas.
• Lead development of policy, training, and data integration for readiness.
• Mentor a network of embedded health and performance professionals.
• Lead trainings and distribute advanced research communications.
• Advise senior leaders to align human performance with operational needs.
• Support cognitive, physical and psychosocial well-being of service members and families.
