Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to act as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF program goals. You will lead readiness-enhancing services, policy recommendations, and evidence-based program oversight for SOF personnel and their families.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance eligibility and a strong track record in strategic, enterprise-level human performance initiatives within complex organizations.

Competenze

• Masters degree in a related field with substantial program experience.
• 10+ years directing or advising high-performance programs.
• Experience aligning performance strategies with operational demands.

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority within POTFF.
• Lead policy development and data integration for readiness.
• Mentor embedded health/ performance professionals across units.
• Develop training and research to advance human performance initiatives.
