Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF and HQ USSOCOM. You will guide human performance services, readiness, and policy with a holistic approach to SOF personnel and families.

U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance or eligibility are required. This role emphasizes strategic planning, program oversight, and evidence-based support across global SOF units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of design/consulting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems with ingenuity.
• Solutions align with organizational objectives and set precedent.
• Expert in field with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
• Develops new applications based on professional principles.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority within POTFF program.
• Assist domain lead with program oversight for components, HQ, TSOCs.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts.
• Direct and mentor embedded health/performance professionals.
• Disseminate training and research supporting human performance initiatives.
• Provide consultation to senior leaders to align strategies with demands.
