Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert for the POTFF program supporting SOF personnel and their families. The role provides strategic guidance, program oversight, and evidence-based HP services planning and synchronization.

U.S. citizenship is required with an active Secret clearance or eligibility. The HPA will drive readiness, training, and policy recommendations across global SOF units and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of consulting experience in the designated function.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions align with organizational objectives and may set precedents.

Responsibilities

• Function as an enterprise-wide technical authority for the POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM.
• Assist domain lead with domain program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Perform administrative duties to maintain licensure where appropriate.
• Develop oversight and compliance documentation for site visits and inspections.
• Communicate and disseminate information through the chain of command to subordinate components.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration to advance readiness.
• Mentor a network of embedded health and performance professionals.
• Drive creation and dissemination of advanced training, research, and communications.
