Job summary

Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a SOF Exercise Designer IV to support USASOC at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves exercise planning, scenario development, and contributing to the Master Scenario Event List for joint and coalition operations.

Required are a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with extensive SOF experience, a current TS/SCI clearance, and 5–8+ years in exercise design. Travel and security requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years SOF experience or Associate’s degree with 15 years SOF experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of 6 years in a command, senior enlisted advisor, or primary staff billet in SOF.
• Minimum of 5 years in exercise and scenario design and management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience conducting joint and coalition operations and training.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises.
• Outstanding communication skills and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for company liability insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide exercise planning and scenario development for the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
• Create scenarios to stress decision-making, capabilities, and warfighting functions.
• Contribute to Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) development and attend JELC events.
• Support TTXs, Command Post Exercises, Senior Leader Seminars, and related events.
• Collaborate with planners, staffs, commanders, interagency partners, and partner nations.
