Responsibilities include conducting exercise design, utilizing the ADDIE model for training, and supporting training objectives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in SOF or be a prior SOF E9+/CW4+ with significant experience in joint exercise design. A current TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in SOF or prior SOF E9+/CW4+ with joint exercise design.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• 6 years in command or senior enlisted advisor role in SOF HQs.
• 5 years in exercise and scenario design and management.
• 8 years in joint and coalition operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exercise design and scenario scripting.
• Utilize the ADDIE model for training material design.
• Support training and exercise objectives.
• Conduct assessments on training quality.
• Maintain relationships with tactical and operational planners.
