Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Intelligence SME to support a federal government client at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will design and develop exercise scenarios, coordinate with MARFORSOC staff, and brief on current SOF intelligence TTPs to enhance training outcomes.

Ten years of intelligence experience at tactical to national levels is required, with strong knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle and analytic techniques. Security clearance TS/SCI is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience with intelligence from tactical to strategic (National) level.
• Proficient knowledge of Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management, Targeting Cycle, and analytic techniques.
• Experience as operator/analyst in GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT or section leader.
• Experience leading F3EAD process teams.
• Experience providing exercise planning for intelligence exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provides exercise design and scenario development for the exercise life cycle.
• Liaison between an exercise planning team and MARFORSOC staff sections.
• Supports briefs on SOF intelligence TTPs and fusion methodology.
• Supports intelligence cycle and analytic techniques using DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET and JWICS.
• Manages scenario scripting for dynamic training exercises.
• Provides MARSOF input to ensure design realism and measurability against T&R standards.
• Supports scenario development using historical SIGINT, HUMINT and OSINT data.
• Provides SIGINT and GEOINT data for realistic analysis during exercises.
• Supports ISR replicate and theater-level live ISR collection management focusing on SIGINT.
