Job summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a SOF Exercise Designer IV to support SOCNORTH at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. You will lead exercise planning and scenario development for TTXs, CPX, seminars, and readiness exercises to meet command objectives.

The role requires an intelligence background, front-end analysis, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Travel up to 11-20% may be required; the position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum 6 years in command, senior enlisted adviser, or primary staff in SOF/JSOF/JTT or 3-4 Star level HQs.
• Minimum 5 years in exercise and scenario design and management.
• Minimum 8 years in joint and coalition operations and training.
• Minimum 4 years with Service, SOF, and Joint doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises.
• Strong communication, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid driver's license and ability to qualify for company liability insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide exercise planning and scenario development for SOCNORTH exercises.
• Create scenarios to stress decision-making and joint warfighting functions.
• Contribute to Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) development and attend JELC events.
