Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a SOF Exercise Designer to support the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) located at Ft. Bragg, NC. The SOF Exercise Designer IV will provide exercise planning and scenario development for all portions of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) for USASOC’s exercise programs. Exercise planning and scenario development is essential for Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Command Post Exercises, Senior Leader Seminars, Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises, and Field Training Exercises, to achieve the stated objectives of the commander.
The SOF Exercise Designers conduct front-end analysis by reviewing current operational directives, standing contingency plans, and conceptual approaches. They will create scenarios to stress decision-making, capabilities, joint warfighting functions and address the operational and tactical issues in the increasingly complex environments. The designers will contribute to development of the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) for operations based or complex discussion-based exercises and attend all Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) events.
