Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited university required
• LCSW or equivalent licensure (e.g., LPCC, LMFT) preferred
• Case Manager Certification (CCM) preferred
• 3+ years of experience with Medi-Cal population, medical social work, or related settings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience conducting psychosocial assessments and care planning for complex clients
• Knowledge of LTSS and related programs
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
