Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in social media or related field.
• Knowledge of social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X).

Responsibilities

• Create original video and graphic content for all platforms aligned with the brand.
• Monitor broadcasts and identify content for social platforms.
• Collaborate with On-Air and Creative Services teams on social content.
• Develop and refine workflow and posting strategy with social/digital teams.
• Capture b-roll, interviews and content at live events.
• Mentor a team of social media producers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, task delegation, scheduling, workload management.
• Coordinate content requests from Social Media Managers to align with brand strategy.
• Stay informed about emerging platforms, tools, and trends.
